Mounting kit for the BMW E39 with diesel engines 3.0 (up to 2.5 fits with virtually no alterations). It contains a large, extremely efficient intercooler and a new type of tubing, silicone and clamps necessary for the proper installation of the entire system in a car. This is the complete intake from the turbine to the collector. The kit includes an intercooler with core dimensions: 550x140x65mm, total: 700x140x65mm, with inlet / outlet diameter 57mm. There is possibility of purchase a larger one, but modifications of front reinforcement / bumper will be required. "EGR OFF" version includes a flange to the manifold without EGR input. It has a very efficient core, thick walls made from high quality polished aluminum, which guarantees great endurance, cooling and excellent air flow (in contrast to the intercoolers from delivery vans they do not "clog" the intake). Perfectly replaces the serial intercooler to increase car performance, it provides increase of horsepower and torque. Our intercoolers unique in Poland have been tested up to 5 bars - even such a high pressure does not make any impression on them. Unlike similar intercoolers from Allegro, all coolers sold at our auctions have new, much more powerful core of the second type! Old core shown on the right had very sparsely arranged ribs in only one row (looking through the inlet the outlet was visible), which resulted in weak cooling - passing air did not emitted all the heat. Offered at our auctions intercoolers have a much denser, alternately arranged heat sink, which ensures a huge improvement in cooling! In addition, the external heat sink visible above has additionally notched (ventilated) ribs, therefore it significantly faster gives off its heat.
